| I have really fallen in love with Stevia Plus as a sweetner for my ice tea, lemonade, baked goods, etc. I only wish I could find a place, other than the internet, to get the 4 oz shaker jar from! My question is: The product contains stevia and inulin fiber. The nutrition facts state that there is "less than 1g carbohydrates per 1/4 tsp serving". Can I assume that the "less than 1g carbohydrates" comes from fiber and therefore the net effective carbohydrate count is zero or do I need to factor these carbs in to my daily menu plan? I drink a LOT of decaff ice tea every day so this could be a substantial amount. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out! |

| Ladybug you can go to www.steviaplus.com and click on the "where to buy" That will ask you for your zip code. That is how I found out where to buy it. as for the carb/fiber count...I am not exactly sure but when I am in doubt I count the 1 carb. Sorry I couldnt help further. Maybe someone else will chime in.
