| I make a chocolate protein shake with: *1 scoop Bio-Plex whey protein powder (chocolate mousse flavor) *16 oz water (or a bit more) *1/4 cup almond milk *2T flax seed ground or 1 tsp physillium *1T flax oil *some egg white powder (less than a tablespoon, more than a teaspoon)(makes the shake frothy) *I shake some cinammon (more) and some cayenne pepper (just a little) into the mix *some Wondercocoa (optional) *about a tray of ice cubes to make a more frozen mix or at least 8 ice cubes *some Stevia plus to taste *I might also throw in some DaVinci or Torani syrups I blend in my Vita-Mix blender and enjoy. I get a bit more than 32 oz from this, but I like it that way. I might substitute the chocolate flavor with unsweetened cranberry juice, DaVinci or Torani syrup in raspberry or strawberry, and use natural flavored protein powder. I have not tried adding the cayenne to this fruit-flavored mixture. I do add Vitamin C crystals.
