Default Portable LC snacks

I am traveling next week and I was wondering what would be some good LC snacks to take on the plane? I will stopping over in Atlanta (of course) but we don't have a layover...and the next flight is a good 4 1/2hrs to San Diego. I don't know about the plane food and I will be bringing some water.

Thanks.

if i could add in some hints..
pack your self some raw almonds.. i love them.. and they realy satisfy the mouths need to chew on something and very filling.. buy your self some good beef jerky just check the package for carb... i havent checked yet but i rember seeing those cheese sticks wraped in w/ like almost a slim jim style beef stick... if the carb count isnt to high that would be good.. (not sure about them beacuse i never checked) and if you like raw veggies im sure you could take some celery or pepper slices.. they are the few veggies i think would hold up and not get to grose if not refridgerated..

good luck... if nothing else and you have a fav LC bar or something just for a quick picker up.. that would be good

I recommend almonds too. Walmart carries a smoked almond that is so good & satisying. Also at Walmart is CarbSlim Peanut Butter Crunch. Comes in a packet like M&Ms, orange. And don't forget the pork rinds.
