| Maggie... or anyone else who knows... How long can you store this in the fridge? Can you keep it in the freezer... would it last longer this way? I made the recipe as stated (a whole BIG batch), but I think I need to not have it for awhile. I'm not losing at about 30g a day right now, so I'm going to back down to 25g a day. And... the cereal alone does not usually fill me up. So, I'm thinking of letting it go for awhile... and having veggies at breakfast instead. Thanks in advance for your help.

| Debby, I do keep mine in the freezer in a ziploc bag and it keeps very well that way. I just scoop out what I need and proceed as usual, it may take a little longer to cook to the consistency you like from ice-cold though. Char

| I tend to make a batch and put half in the freezer and half into the fridge - each in an airtight tupperware container. When the second "half" is nearly gone, I make up a new batch. I don't eat it every day. (LOL! I don't eat ANYTHING every day - 'cept cherries, at the moment ) The stuff in the freezer suffers no ill effects as far as I can tell. HTH
