Sounds great! I'm constantly surprised at how versatile cauliflower is.

Ooo, that sounds good - I love to oven-roast it but never thought of doing it in popcorn-sized pieces and for that long - I'll have to try it!

I'm waiting to find out that you can re caulk your bathtub with cauliflower!!

Sharron, I personally perfer the Garlic and Herb blend, the table blend is too heavy on pepper for my taste.

here's the link

http://www.mrsdash.com/MDP_TB.cfm

add some mineral salt and this is a must have in the pantry!

Hmm. This is very interesting. I printed it up. I'll have to road-test it on best friend some time.

AR,

Zowee, it is peppery! My family would never stand for that

The other one does look nice though. I'll have to pick some up next time I go to the store where that sort of stuff is affordable.

On the side, do you have WINCO grocery stores in your neck of the woods, AR?

No we don't. Vons, Ralphs, Albertsons, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Bristol Farms and Gelson's are the nearest to me. (and not a single Wal Mart in sight!)

And of course, I'd have to use coconut oil instead of olive oil......
