Up my intake of keifer to off set the antibiotics????

I'm dealing with enough now, really don't feel like adding digestive problems into the mix.

ideas, suggestions???

I'm currently ingesting 1 cup a day

First, you should check with your pharmacist to see if you can even have yogurt while on the ones you've been prescribed. Then I would also ask how much you can have. Certain antibiotics can't tolerate yogurt.

Beyond that, I'd drink at least 2 cups a day if it were me on them

That's a go on the yogurt!! I'll up the keifer.

Sharron, btw, I started the ACV after reading that "short" thread - my goodness, this is day two and I'm seeing a big difference in energy and appetite - and that's while being ill!!
