Question more acv questions

I'm learning more each day and loving the results. But found a few "bumps in the road" - help?

IF you forget to take your acv 15 minutes before eating, is it ok to down it and then eat??? I'm sure as I do this more it will become second nature, but right now I'm keep finding myself going OOPS.

Also, IF you miss a dose - eg - didnt bring it with me to work to have with lunch - should you take a double dose at dinner, or just have a normal dose??

TIA

I often am found taking mine just before dinner or after! Also, if I miss it, I just miss it. I can't imagine double dosing it -- I'd be burping it!

I'm actually taking it interspersed with my kombucha tea now. Working just fine

okay i finaly got my ACV.. much to my disapointment i think my healthfood store is trying to rip me off.. i even told him that... he said i can't just give it away..

i paid 5.99 for a bottle...

okay so i came home.. and poured a glass of water and for starts did 1/2 table spoon..umm ilove vinegar on things.. but wow this is realy hard to swollow.. any helpfull hints to make it go down smoother..was gaging it down.. im sure ill get usto it.. but wooowee..

Can i use it in makeing like my salad dressing ect.. since that is how i like to eat vinegar... and add it as a staple at the table.. would i recive good benifits from eating w/ it also instead of just drinking it in my water...

thanks!

Well, I wouldn't start with that much. I'd go 1/2 teaspoon -- and I just do it straight.

Yes, you will get some benefit, but you won't get the "digestive aid" or the appetite suppressant effects from just putting it on your food.

gilley - what brand did you buy and size bottle did you get?? That does sound horribly pricey. I paid under 4 for the Braggs large bottle. Would it be cheaper to buy from them over the net???

I take a teaspoon before meals in a juice glass with some water, seems easier to get down that way.

I can sure attest to the appetite suppression of ACV, esp. in combo with Kombucha tea tonight!

I had some Ktea and some nuts around 4, then I had some ACV and a small snack while preparing dinner. I could barely finish my dinner!
