Howdy!

What a great day for a challenge. I forgot and ate a cookie...so I will not get my food point today! Bummer! I have to get to it and exercise before the day is over. Went to a great Japanese restaurant for lunch with some friends. I had an awesome garlic fish and a sashimi (raw fish salad)..which was great!

I am eating Phase II, but decided to go back to Phase I starting Tuesday. I have one month before I come home to the States for a visit...I had better get down now before I go and see all of my high school friends.

Phase I eating will also be my personal goal. That will give me 2 points to keep me on target.

hi, all. I really need this challengeto keep me honest. 2 b-day parties this weekend and I just lost it. I am committing to starting at the beginning or Induction/Stage I level today. so far, so good- but my trouble zone is the evening snacks. did well with the exercise today, though.

Water: 68
Exercise:1 - (did a 30 min stability ball tape + took the kids on a 1 1/2 hour nature walk)
Food:1 no cheats, but maybe a bit high on the "legal" stuff
Personal Goal: 1 start Stage 1/Induction level and stick to it for the week

Grab a can of green beans at night, hit em with some garlic and olive oil and its a great snack, to eat cold. Or heat em up and they are just a s good.

Try it! Cant hurt and no sugar or flour!!!

Wow! My first perfect day for a long time. My friends brought me a plate of brownies. I sent my 9 year old to wrap them up and put them into the refridge and then feed the boys crackers with their tuna and I picked up the bag of crumbs and dumped them in the garbage.

I am really proud of myself. I am ready to go for another day!

Janine! I am glad that this is helping!

MaryKay! Doing a huge happy dance for you getting a perfect day on Monday!

Blue! One day at a time is fine with me...That is what it takes sometimes!

I am in the process of buying a home long distance. The offer went in tonight and I should know about the time that I wake up tomorrow. That is a little un-nerving. Husband is not too excited about buying sight-un-seen, but this is my hometown and the home is only two blocks from my parent's home. I have walked these neighborhoods for years and know that it is a great deal. I just pray that we get it!

Have a great day! Be a looser!

Hi, all.
Hope your tuesday is going well. Is it really Tuesday already? DS starts 1st grade on thursday, eek. where did the summer go?
Holly, good luck with the house. I know that is stressful . We have been working on getting a house built for months. they finally got the foundation dug on Friday, so here we go. I guess. Still have contract details to finalize and then get this place ready to sell... so having you guys around for support while I stress about every little thing is going to be a good thing. THANK YOU!!!
Way to go MaryKay! You are an inspriration to me. I figure I have to keep up with you. You've been so good on the exercise front. got me out to do a strength class this morning.

Here is my progress for today and I'll edit/ update it this evening.

Look at those perfect scores! WAY TO GO! You two are doing great. I also noticed that Janine has 4 pounds gone forever! Big huge Happy Dance.

(I'll Explain the "Happy Dance"...my best friend, at my last base, and I lost a grundle of weight together and everytime I would loose, she had this funky dance she would do for me and just make me laugh...so imagine "soon-to-be" little o'le me doing the funkiest dance I can because I am so happy that you are a looser!)

**I ate one chopstick full of noodles at a noodle party with my kids, even though I would like to reward myself for not eating the brownies and cookies, or other things that were staring at me, my goal was 100% and I thought that I should not eat it and then did it anyway!

Have to run save my DH!

Holly

P.S. No news on the house! Drat!

I'm not tracking my weight right now, just to frustrating.
Had a bad day, starting out with the morning - just had a shake for breakfast, and then didn't get anything until later - but then I had crashed and was just looking for food to calm down my system.
Haven't been grocery shopping, out of veggies.

Wednesday 8/25

Water: 1 - over 100 oz
Exercise: 1 - Ballys lower body workout/elliptical
Food: .5 - good, but a little higher calories than I would have liked
Personal Goal: 1 - had a big salad for lunch, cucumbers for dinner
Posting: 1 - I showed up

Daily Total: 4.5
Running Total: 11.5

did okay, but grazed all day - low carb foods, but too much high calories (hit 2000, but that is high for me)

Got to the grocery and stocked up on veggies, but haven't 'readied' them yet.
Did load DietPower, and played around with that last night. It really answers a lot of the ongoing questions I have had for awhile. Gonna use that little tool for quite a while.

Personal Goal: 0
Posting:0

Daily Total:2.5

Weight lost: 5, I think scale says 184.5 this morning.
Off to get DS up for the first day of 1st Grade. I'll check in for today later.
Have a good day, all. We started so well, lets get the enthusiasm back and finish off a good week.
