Default The Rosedale Diet

I found this in a book called "The Rosedale Diet" by Ron Rosedale.

(p18) "Health and life span is determined by the proportion of fat vs sugar people burn throughout their lifetime." The more fat you burn as fuel, the healthier you will be. The more sugar you burn as fuel as fuel, the more disease-ridden you will be, and the shorter your life will likely be.

That sounds like a good book. I'll have to check it out. I'm on Atkins induction right now and will sequeway into the Hamptons diet when I break the 180's. For some reason, I seem to "dance" around that number on my scale and I'm tired of it!

I got the book, and I believe it is IT - the diet I can live with the rest of my life.
I lost 6 lbs the first week. (And I had already been on Fat Flush). Plus my carb cravings are *gone*. Yay! I lost another blouse size and I can't keep my jeans up.
This is aver a l-o-n-g stall on Fat Flush. PLUS, the food is a LOT better. You can have herbs and salt & NUTS. The only drawback is the fish oil. The lemon kind doesn't taste too bad going down, but then I get a whiff of it occasionally when some gas comes up too. Not much to put up with.

I am still on the pretty mild side of exercise, but I was waiting fot the diet habits to gel before I went at it full tilt. So that will come a bit later. Thrilled to find this book and have leptin explained.
