| hi this is a great site. I have learned alot already reading all your posts. I have a question. My sister sent me a recipe that is to die for. It is roasted eggplant and redpepper spread. Any ideas on carb count? Only other ingredients are garlic and olive oil, s + p to tast. I hope its not much as I am chowing on it now and have done extremely well to this point. thanks |

| We have a carbcounter, right here on the site. (there's a link at the top of this page) If you plug in each ingredient by amount, you'll come up with a total carb count. Then just divide that by the number of servings. HTH.

| My gut feel is that the recipe is fine. |
