| Mix one tablespoon in with you're kefir cheese - add some sea salt, garlic, onion (seriously, get creative) - a wonderful dip for veggies. You get you're much needed FSO down - great low carb snack - and the benefits of kefir!!! you can also add FSO to Hummus or eggplant dip! www.annlouise.com/forum
