| No, no, no, I'm not aiming for no carbs, saying that I was eating as few carbs as possible, to me that was about 15-20 just because prior to this lifestyle, I ate nothing but carbs. When eating the designated foods, I don't think it's possible to eat absolutely no carbs. I don't like a lot of meat, and cheese, and all that because it's so heavy and especially in the summer I like to eat a lot of pasta, ice cream and cereal, etc. I went from probably having 300-400carbs a day to 15-20, so it was a serious shock to my system and made (makes So, no worries!
