| Re: April 2005 ~In the Zone~ O wow - I've finally got to read this thread and just realised this is pretty much what I'm doing and have been into since March 2005 and have lost 20lbs plus on it! I started looking at the DASH diet in March - but was unhappy about the amount of carbs in there - so I worked on it and did a lot of research and the concept I came up with is just about exactly this! I hope there are others still doing the zone - because I've found it more successful that anything else I've tried!
