Thanks Ilse, Those sites are great. The low carb WOL has almost taken over the office where I work. That really does help when others are watching their carbs too. My doctor not only recommended it he basically said I had no choice to get my triglycerides and cholesterol down. Thanks Again, Donna |

| I actually bought this book from the grocery store. It has a lot of great info, that the book just doesn't provide. It was a $5 well spent, I highly recommend it. |
