I have been reading a lot of the messages in different low carb forums and saw that most of us are expressing our concerns about stalling or not losing any weight (which is our main reason why we are doing this.) But let's not forget how we mentally and physically feel even if we are not losing.
I have been low carbing for over a year now and I no longer get tired in the afternoon, no longer have those headaches or those crazy cravings and I never feel like I am starving. Plus my cholesterol has went way down and overall I feel great. Low carb eatting is a way you will eat the rest of your life. I know how discouraging it is when the weight doesn't come off so I stopped looking at the scale. Instead I remember how GREAT I FEEL!
