Making the switch

"Low Carb Diet Plans" at Low Carb Diet Support: "i always plan on having some protein with it.. .. but i like the way i FEEL after eating it.. full but not craving... and the next day it seems to help in the FIBER ...."

Yeah, I DO know what you mean! That's the only drawback I've had. Sometimes when I eat it, it does rather, umm, have a little TOO much of the "ifyannowhatimean" help!
