Albertine, I had not heard of him, but I did check him out on the web. I didn't have time to really study it, but it looks somewhat similar to the Zone, in that there is a favorable ratio of carbs to fat to protein, with carbs somewhat less than the "normal" diet and fat somewhat more. I'm quite familiar with that type of approach, and it has worked very well for me. I find it's especially useful to keep me accountable for everything I eat, and it also works well for normalizing insulin levels, which decreases cravings and increases energy. I'd like to read more, so that I'm a little more familiar with his plan.
