| Well, today was Weigh Day and I was not pleased. I did not expect to lose as much as I did last week but I am quite disappointed with my results from week 2. I think part of the problem was that some of my cheese snacks were not reduced-fat cheese, and I have not gotten back into an exercise routine, which I know is so important. So, I'm continuing with Phase 1 for 2 more weeks, am going to be more careful with what I am eating, definitely monitor portion control, drink more water and make an effort to start exercising. Hopefully I'll have better results to report on my next Weigh Day. |

| Well, we all hit stalls now and then. I'm not familiar with the specifics of SB, so I cannot comment on the cheese issue. FWIW, when I started low carbing, I tried a couple of different plans before I found one that worked well for me. For example, after a couple of weeks on the Carb Addicts plan, I realized I still had major food cravings. That plan allowed too many high carb/high glycemic foods for my particular metabolism, and it was a struggle. Good luck with your next weigh-in!
