| Well, I got stuck this past week and didn't lose anything, so it's looking like I probably will not hit my Christmas goal weight. I only need to lose 4 lbs to make it, but I'm struggling with wanting to graze all day long to avoid the return of headaches and lightheadedness, plus the fact it's stressful at work and I'm a stress-triggered eater. I'm feeling really bummed at the moment. |

| Calico, don't give up! I ate some stuff I shouldn't have yeaterday and I'm UP 2 pounds this morning. This leaves me with the same goal as you: dropping those 4 pounds in ONE week. We can do this. Here's my plan: lots of water and green tea, supplements, EXERCISE, and plenty of rest. And, of course, eating right. Find something to keep your mind off grazing, or graze on raw veggies. Drink enough liquids to keep you belly full, and take a walk if the weather in Kentucky permits. Hang in there, breath deeply to get plenty of oxygen into your body, and take an aspirin if you need to. Once the losses start again, you'll be glad you studk with it.

| Thanks for the cyber-support M. I'm going to try not sabotage myself this week, which is a bad habit from lo those many "diets" I've tried before (you know, where ya go "what the heck, since I've not lost/gained, why not go ahead and eat X, Y, and Z!"). I am disappointed in myself for not having done better these past two weeks, as I know that I could have been at goal by now if I had been more diligent. I keep saying I'm going to go back to the gym, but I just have not made it yet. I know I would be losing more, and firming up, if I could just get that motivation back again. It's so hard though. Out of curiousity, how much green tea are you drinking daily? I don't drink it every day, but when I do drink it, I usually make and drink an entire small pot. Gotta hit the road and get into work.
