| Hoping I am down more than just a pound. Worked out last week and this week every day. 3 miles a day. Drank the gallon + of water everyday except Sat....took that day off and been sticking to 20 carbs a day!! Man I hope I lost some weight. Nervous...very nervous!! How is everyone else doing??? |

| I've not been as disciplined as I need to be and am having some really bad days where I'm feeling hungry about every 30 minutes. I weighed Friday and was down a pound but this morning, I was up 1.5. I've not started an exercise program and I know that's not helping at all, in addition to having those days where I just want to eat all day long. I'm in a bad rut at the moment and can't seem to get out. I hope everyone else is having better success. |
