Thread: FANTASTIC Lab Results!!!!!

DH just got his labs back and they are beyond fantastic!

Total Cholesterol 2005: 187 2006: 123 (Ref 150-200)
Total LDL 2005: 108 2006: 64 (Ref -130)
Total HDL 2005: 33 2006: 42 (Ref 40-75)
Triglycerides 2005: 217 2006: 84 (Ref 10-160)
Weight 2005: 257 2006: 210

The Dr. was flabbergasted! And she was even more flabbergasted when we told her that this was all done WITHOUT meds, including NO diabetic meds. She was absolutely thrilled.

My labs, (which were pretty good to begin with) also showed improvement. The biggest thing was the total cholesterol which was 239 in 2003 and now 196!

Obviously, we both are now 'cruisin' in the Zone!
