| Hi, I'm starting the carb addict's diet for the second time, and I really want to do it right this time, because I know it works well for me. I'm usually in my car during lunch time, and the weather is hot. What kind of foods can I take with me in my car for lunch? I'm usually tempted by fast food restaurants, and I like a side salad and burger without the bun, but a milkshake, fries, or ice cream cone are very tempting so I want to completely avoid the fast food restaurants. I also like Atkin's bars but they melt in the car. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also is there a tutorial for getting around this web site. I'm afraid I may not be able to get to the answers for this thread (I'm new to any kind of posting). Thank you |

| How about Travelling Tuna Salad? Get some tuna packed in foil packets and some of those individual squeeze packets of mayo and mustard. Open a tuna packet and empty in a mayo and a mustard packet. Then stir with a spoon. If you can chop some celery celery or pickles ahead and put them in a baggie, those would be a nice addition. It's fun to eat it with celery sticks. They hold up fairly well without refrigeration.
