| I've done SBD before, but never stuck with it long term. I started 5 days ago, and I've gained 2 pounds!! What's happening? Can someone help me? I'm following all the rules and restrictions, drinking lots of water, and exercising pretty frequently. I'm young, and I started at 5'4" and 139 lbs, and now I'm at 141! Help! |

| Sno, Daily fluctuations can drive you crazy. Stay on the program as written, continue with good water intake, add in some form of exercise if you can, and stay off the scales for a week. Give it a chance to work. Welcome to LCE! HTH
