| i must be really slow... but i just want a 1 pager with allowed amounts and foods. for example, i eat olives, does that mean i've used my fat allowance and can't also have olive oil on my salad? if i cook in olive oil, no oil on salad? are veggies unlimited? meat unlimited? lowfat/nonfat cheese unlimited? tomato juice or v8 juice? i have the book and the counter book, but i can't follow the meal plan in the book. i need to just know how to pick and choose within the constraints. thanks very much! (sorry, i may just be a little bit cranky with this whole diet thing....) |
