| Just thought I'd drop in and say my mother in law went on the South Beach diet about six months ago and she's lost 69 pounds. Makes me want to try it. She had knee surgery, so she can't exercise much. But she does go on walks a lot. She visited us for a few weeks when my daughter was born and she really stuck to it. She had a lot of salads. I don't know where she found the will power, but she eats very little for dinner. She has a bigger lunch and for dinner doesn't eat much at all. Just thought I'd share. |

| Sounds like she found the perfect diet for herself. Congrats to your MIL. It'll be a great diet for you to try because if you have any questions or struggles I bet she will be so willing to help. You can do it too! |
