| Greetings....I'm starting CAD today and looking for support. I can't believe I bought another diet book! A friend mentioned this and it sounding interesting with the reward meal. Tried it last night and it seems good. Omelette with veggies for breakfast. Now just have to make it to lunch with no snacks. We'll see how well this low carb meal sticks to my ribs. Would love to hear from others who are following this way of life. Also, how do you add the meter with start weight and goal weight under your signature??? Thanks. |

| Hi, Im doing calp, which is a lot lke cad, Im told. Carbohydrate Addicts Lifespan Program, by Dr's rachel and (?) Heller? Im doing pretty well, fell off it tho yessterday when my SISter brought me a glazed long john! Of course I ate it, but it was after my reward meal!! People like to sabotag your diet plan dont they? Wonder if she did it on purpose? Oh well, I ate it on purpose! Feel free to contact me anytime. |

| Sterope, Welcome to LCE. I'll see if I can help you with your ticker question. First, you need to click on *user CP* in the narrow blue menu bar, upper left. Then click on *edit signature*. Minimize that screen at that point. Then to choose and build your weight loss ticker, go to: www.tickerfactory.com After you build your ticker, then you will have to copy and paste it into your signature line.
