| Stacy, Welcome back *home* to LCE! Try not to worry about the *stuck* scales...several reasons... one being, you've lost a nice amount of weight...your body is just taking a little pause to catch up; secondly, it's pretty normal to have a small plateau or stall, if you will, about the 3rd to 5th week or so on Atkins. Just hang tough and keep on keepin' on! You can do it!!! Keep us posted on your victories (and set backs, if any)...support, encouragement and friendship is always a good thing!
