| Hi! I am re-reading my copy of DANDR '92/'99 (blue cover) at the moment and have a question. Is there a lot of different information in DANDR '02 from the copy that I have? I have heard that "net carbs" is discussed in this version, but is there any other pertinent information I am missing? Would it be worth buying the book? TIA!

| Mada, I only have the 2002 version. My understanding is that there are some differences, some of which it is my understanding were dictated by cross marketing of Atkins products, particularly the acceptability of sugar alcohols. As with any plan, it will change as it is tweaked. However, regardless of the changes it is always a YMMV thing when it comes to weight loss. I would try the 2002 version, if it works for you, then great. There are some that it does not work for and they revert back to earlier versions of the "Atkins plan", some even go back to the 1972 plan.

| Henry - wanted to just say thanks for your answer. I've got a stack of books I'm reading on lc diet and nutrition... will have to look for the 2002 DANDR to add to the pile!
