| Thank you so much! I bought the original Atkins off an ebay auction ($14.00 (with shipping) for a hard cover in great condition--I wanted the hard cover!) so hopefully it will be here early this coming week. I did a fasting cleanse in preparation for this and today I was up a pound--boo hoo-- but I think it is just water.......I'm sticking to what I recall from the '72 plan and I think I'm in ketosis..... How is everyone else doing? |

| Jennybear, did you get your book yet? Perhaps I need to look for a hardcover copy. Mine's a paperback, and it's very, very worn, and the pages are extremely yellow. But it's still readable, which is what counts. Keep us posted on how this is working for you. |
