| Wendy, I read a few web pages on this book. If it looks good to you, give it a try, and let us know how it goes. Any eating plan that emphasizes real food (not processed food) and exercise has something to recommend it. I can't tell how complicated her "cycling" plan might be, but it appears to be similar to other LC plans that allow "treats." Keep in mind that Wendy is a body-builder, and her recommendations seem to include HIIT (high-intensity interval training)--a strenuous regimen. ANY popular "diet" plan will work if followed faithfully over time. Learning a new way of eating for life is the hard part. Best wishes! |
