Noel - I seem to remember a medico once recommending 1 tablespoon ACV in water - sipped throughout the day - so that's what I use - although must confess I tend to put it more on the outside nowdays and sprinkle fresh lemon on a lot of my foods to lower GI.

I personally drink it three times a day... in shot glasses... i think its about 2 tbsps each time... although i dont measure it anymore.. i just splash it in the shot.. about a third or half of a regular shot glass...

down the hatch... with a glass of water chaser..

i DO use it in any coleslaw i may make... its yum with a bit of splenda in the coleslaw dressing...mayo.. ACV and splenda...bit of celery seed.. fresh ground pepper...

yeppers.. its great stuff crystal... and you can make it with red and green cabbage.. makes it pretty... you get the VEGGIE and the ACV... heh heh.. cant beat that!

good for bbq time .. burgers.. sausages.. and a bit ot the ACV coleslaw... yum!

Looks like it's time for a BUMP! I have done ACV before, but I need to get back on it!

How is everyone doing with ACV? Still taking it?

i use it when i remember, when i get heartburn and i wash my hair with it once per month.

since i LOVE coleslaw, i'll have to use it in the recipe -- though i happend to loan my fave cook book to my mom (in AZ) and havent gotten it back. *sigh*

i do love that energy burst from the vinegar -- i need to put it right up front in the frig so i see it daily.
