Shelly, my ND said 1 to 2 teaspoons before each meal, as a digestive enzyme supplement.

What I'm doing now seems to work very well:
- upon rising, after doing my Body Flex, I take my EFAS, liquid multi mineral and 1/2 T ACV
- before each meal I take 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons, generally about 10 to 15 minutes before eating.
- in the afternoon with my supplements as in the morning, when I remember.
- at bedtime I take about 1/2 T with my calcium.

This combo seems to be working very well for me.

Blessings!

quote:
How's everyone doing with their ACV?

I've started my own batch. The color is getting darker, but nothing floating on top yet.

My bottle I started about a month ago has a thin Mother on the bottom of the container. It hasn't floated to the top yet, but it keeps getting bigger.

I am still taking mine in the mornings. I put 2T in a glass of warm decaf green tea with a dash of Splenda. I haven't taken mine in a couple of days though, but will start up again in the morning. I found if I remembered to take it regularly, it helped with my late night eating and gave me a good steady energy all day.

Jen, on the bottom? I've not even thought to look there! I thought it formed on the top

Yep. I figure it must have to float sooner or later right?
I am gonna go back to Dom's site and read about it again.

This combo of ACV, Body Flex and strict LC really seems to be working! I've dropped 9 pounds and 6 1/8 inches in 5 days! I'm pumped

Does ACV affect your candida any? I want to try it but am a little nervous. If I eat anything with vinegar, like salad dressing, mayo, or hard cheese, I get bloated and uncomfortable. Sour cream and cream cheese doesn't bother me.

Well, since going on the kefir/coconut oil regimine I'm on, I don't have those sorts of trouble any more. My candida is in remission Halleluya!

ACV is supposed to actually be GOOD for candida, though. Not just any kind, but the kind from the health food store -- cloudy looking, and if possible with the Mother intact.

Blessings!

I did a little extra ACV with extra EFAs yesterday along with a gallon of water and I dropped 7 of 12 pounds of bloat I had acquired overnight! This is good stuff. (Hope to drop the rest of it today!!! )
