| Hi all - I did some digging on Dom's Yahoo kefir site and came up with someone else who is concluding that kefir is causing her hair to go back to dark from gray. No one seemed to offer a theory but hey, if it works who cares why??? Here is the link to the first post in that discussion. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Kefir_.../message/20081 Connie "I've had a perfectly wonderful evening. But, this wasn't it." - Groucho Marx |

| Interesting! Just offhand, I'd have to guess that if it worked for everyone, we'd have heard more about it in the kefir community. But I like the theory that kefir is restoring normal digestion and therefore some individuals are assimilating food normally and correcting some kind of deficiency which casued the graying. Either that, or the kefir directly providing some missing nutrient. Hey, I'll let everyone know. Heaven knows, I have enough "test subjects" for a very large clinical trial <g> 172/108/108 Zone since 4/98 |

| That is the sort of theory I would assume, BC. That our bodies are getting more of what we need with improved digestion. Of course, if you have a dominant "gray" gene it would be pretty hard to overcome that! Keep us posted on your clinical trials! ![]() Connie "I've had a perfectly wonderful evening.
