Hey folks, I'm back, I think.

    Sorta.

After a bad last 6 months of the year and a horrible holiday (let's not rehash, I'm sure you can figure it out for yourself), I'm renewing my acquaintance with paleo. I didn't go off-plan so much as...supplement...yeah, that's it, supplement, my diet with things like the occasional ice cream. Honestly, it really was only occasional. But I've always known that paleo is the way for me, and now I'm back there. Besides, I physically felt awful over the holidays, which was just added incentive.

    So...

Welcome back Dryad.....I have been the same as you, picking at things that i shouldn't and feeling awful as well, so we can re-start Paleo together for the New Year.

I'm here, sorta. I only visit every couple of days as it's just not good for me to be here too often.

    hope you're doing well!

    Hello Dryad,

You do sound a bit down. How is college going, have you made some friends up there yet? I think that we may be colder down here in the South than you are up there....we had a really thick white frost this morning, it looks lovely but it is freezing cold.

How is the diet going? I managed to lose 2 pounds this week and about 1½ inches.....not as good as I wanted, but I have eaten a lot of fruit which is a real bonus, I have even managed to cut right down on the cheese and I haven't used any butter at all, so I am gradually weaning myself away from the dairy.

I hope to hear from you again shortly, take care,

    Love Louloo. x

    Hey, Dryad!

Nice cave woman, good cave woman. You just went into town and visited your farmer friends.

Just stride on back to the cave, relax by the fire, and chew on a nice haunch of hairy mammoth. You'll be feeling fine in no time.
