I had Kefir grains for 6 months and I enjoyed the kefir milk a lot. But because of my mistake they died now I am looking for new starter, please let me know if somebody can provide me the starter. I'll really appreciate the help.

I've just knew that Kefir is so usefull for our body. I live in Jakarta, I am glad if anyone would share the baby kefir to me. Thanks a lot.

Leressea, if you haven't gotten hold of some grains in a month or so, try me again.

Alisyi, I hope you find someone closer to home to get some grains. I don't ship overseas because it it a real hassle to me.

Hi there fellow health lovers, ive been looking for Keifer Grains in NYC without any success ever since i stumbled upon them after stumbling on Kombucha and reaing on it in the net. So if anyone can be so lovely as to share some with me id be forever grateful, ty all for atleast taking time to read this .

Hello there, fellow Kefir lovers,
I have two questions: 1. Does anyone living in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, or West Texas have kefir grains to share or sell? Do you think they are better than commercial grains?
2. Has anyone tried the commercial grains from health food store? They want more than $6.00 for less than 2 oz. I know it goes far, but that seems excessive. Do you think postage would be even more? They were cheaper on Amazon, but the shipping was high, even though they don't weigh much.
