Hi Connie,

How are you getting on with your WOE? You have been a bit quiet lately.

I thought that I would give this a try next Tuesday. My daughter has had a lot of problems and you should see her now....it is amazing, so I thought that I would have a go and see if they can help me......I will keep you informed, LOL

Take care,
love Lynn (Louloo). x

Angry Re: I'm Back again!

Hi everyone,

Today was my day to weight myself and I wish that i hadn't bothered. I have put on 4 pounds and 2 inches overall.

I was away last week and completley got out of routine. I was eating low fat again with the rest of the family, so I was craving sweet things all day and every day.

It is going to take me some time to get myself back on track. Why do I do these things, especially when i was doing so well.

How is everyone else getting on, I would love to know whether or not you were still losing weight or even putting it on?

Take care,
love Louloo. x

Red face Re: I'm Back again!

I am getting frustrated same as you. I seem to be losing and gaining about the same 5-10 lbs. I am not perfect and I refuse to participate in a self barrage of why I ate this or that because over all what I am doing is not that different from what I have been doing. I think my body has adjusted to this way of eating and I really really need to add more water and exercise. The problem is what can I do that won't aggravate current injuries or cause more.

Hang in there louloo, I am also convinced that stalls don't last forever and consistency is the key. If I could only be more consistent.........and I am going to read the Adkins book to see if there is anything in there that would be helpful.

take care

Unhappy Re: I'm Back again!

Hi Connie,

Lovely to hear from you again. You and me sound as though we are in the same boat, LOL

I know for a fact that the minute I give in to low fat eating, I go straight back to square one. Trouble is I can be good most of the time, but just occassionally I slip back to my old ways.

Exercise and water are two of my problems too. I do drink mostly water all day but I can't do much exercise. I count all my housework and gardening in with the small amounts of exercise that I can do. Tonight I am going to start with the Pilates tapes again, I will have to start from the beginners section again until I can free up the stiffness of my spine.....but hopefully, if I can stick at it, I will improve.

I am going to this alternative practitioner on Tuesday just to see what she can suggest. I know that I have to have the surgery on my back but I have so may other problems my daughter is positive she can help with.........keep your fingers crossed fro me and I will let you know how I get on.

How did the court case go?

Take care,
love Lynn. x
