You may be eating something that triggers cravings. First of all, carbs trigger cravings. During the summer, when I was trying Somersizing, I was eating a lot of fruit, later quite a bit of cereal and FF milk. I ended up hungry all day long, no mater what I ate the rest of the day. And, I wanted more carbs. That's why we are "Carb Addicts". I stopped eating all those carbs and I don't crave them the same way.

Also, when I was consuming Equal (Nutrasweet-aspartame), which is in Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, many SF products, like SF Jello, I found I had really strong sugar cravingss. When I use Splenda, the cravings are basically gone.

So, to be successful at this and to get the carbs under control, you do need to stick to LC veggies and proteins for all meals but one and that meal (the RM) needs to have a balance of carbs, LC veggies and proteins. You can have extra LC veggies, but not extra carbs without eating more of the same.

If you struggle and need help, pop into this board. It is a great place for assistance. I post a daily journal. My food choices aren't always perfect, but you are welcome to look if it helps you.
