| I'm being as good as I can, but if I don't have some bread for breakfast, I'll run naked into the woods!!! I bought some Alvaredo St. sprouted wheat multi grain bread, and had one toasted slice. Am I in danger of being arrested by the lo-carb police? Or will I just undo all the SB dieting? A recipe or a source, please. Oh, that this too, too solid flesh would melt! |

| If you are following the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet, bread would not be allowed for breakfast, unless you have chose that as your RM. Maybe the South Beach Diet, which allows carbs more often is a better choice for you. You could try to get some LC bread and see if that works for you. The idea is to take foods that cause a high insulin response to no more than one meal a day. Ilse 380/304.6(WW)/154 5'7" "It's kind of fun to do the impossible" Walt Disney |
