| I am on low carb and unsure as to what vitamins I should be taking. I am having leg cramps during the night and am sure the low carb has something to do with it. Any suggestions would be appreciated |

| I haven't had cramps with low carb, but I did have them a lot with both of my pregnancies, and I have always been told it could be a potassium or a calcium thing. |

| When I was being monitored by a low-carb clinic (when first starting this way of eating), I had horrible leg cramps in the beginning. My doctor put me on potassium and calcium/magnesium supplements and they really seemed to help! | I take a multi-vitamin, vitamin E, GFT Chromium, a magnesium/calcium pill, Sam E, a Pro-Biotic pill, 2 Celebrex a day, 2 glucosamine-condroitin a day. There might be more.
