| I am not a breakfast eater - but I have been forcing myself lately.I think it helps me avoid overeating at other meals, and keeps the cravings down. Some days I'll make eggs, but lately I've been having a protein lc shake. I bought a powder mix at GNC - but it is rather pricy. Is there a homemade high protein - low carb recipe out there? I don't mind soy either - any suggestions for a already mixed flavored soy milk, with low sugar/carbs? Also - have any of you found that substituting a meal for a shake has slowed weight loss - I don't want my body to go into starvation mode either. THankyou! |

| I make a protein shake every morning. Here is the link to my recipe: http://lowcarbeating.infopop.cc/6/ub...4&m=2986033414 I had Konsyl to the shake to make it more like a CM (and some olive oil), as the Konsyl adds dietary fiber. The shake doesn't trigger cravings for me, whereas certain foods will. Ilse 380/304.6(WW)/229.5(current)/154 5'7" "It's kind of fun to do the impossible" Walt Disney |
