| I bought some of those Atkins Advantage bars. they are very good - i usually only have 1/2 at a time. They have carbs - but says 2g. NET carbs-which I'm not sure I understand. They are very high in fiber and protein also. Does anyone know - are they intended as a meal replacement - or as a treat, like candy bar substitute? |

| I would probably eat them as a part of your RM, since the sugar alcohols in the bars can affect some people. I would not treat them as part of a CM or CS. Also, CAD doesn't look at net carbs (which is total carbs minus total fiber- the thinking is, since fiber is indigestible, it doesn't affect your carb intake the same way digestible carbs would) Just be careful, as some people can stall from the bars!
