I am just starting cad as of Dec.29,2003. Right now it sure seems confusing but I am sure I will get it stright soon.

Beginning today I will take life one day at a time, one step at a time.
Discouragement will not be allowed to taint my positive self-image, my desire to succeed or my capacity to love.

Sandy, welcome to CAD. I hope you do well. This is a great place for support. Some of us post journals. You are welcome to check them out for ideas. (CAD is not always done perfectly, but.. we do what we can).

Welcome, Sandy.

This is a great site for all kinds of low carb dieters!

You can get "moral support" on any of the forums and specific info on your chosen plan right here.

There are also articles and delicious recipes that will work with pretty much any low carb eating plan.

Please browse around and make yourself at home!

Welcome to a great site and a great way of eating--I can't say enough about how liberating CAD has been for me--I will say to you, read read read the book--and then go back and read it again--both CAD and CALP have their strengths--I got a lot out of reading CALP but mostly follow CAD--good luck and post any time

Thank you for the very warm welcome. I think I am going to like it here. And I think I am going to like the CAD too.

Beginning today I will take life one day at a time, one step at a time.
