Well, it's been 7 days on CALP. Here are some things I've noticed:
I am not hungry between meals. Usually I can't make it to lunch without terrible hunger pains.
I seem get full quicker eating the same amount of food as before.
I don't eat after dinner anymore. I am happy with a glass of water.
Cravings seem to be diminished quite a bit. Before I was always on the hunt to make a LC treat. Now I don't care about that.
Best news this week - from Saturday's weight to today, I've lost 4 1/2 pounds! Average weight loss for the week is 3. So I'm quite happy this morning
I do attribute some of this to TOM water weight, I was quite bloated this month, but I truly think some is true "fat weight".
I'm going to continue and as I mentioned before, when I get down to my lowest weight from doing Atkins and go beyond that....I know it's working.

Way Of Living Forever
I started CAD "sort of" on Thursday and Friday, but officially started 100% yesterday. I currently weigh 3lbs less than I did on Monday; that's 3 lbs less than my highest weight ever (which made me say "I need to get it together for the new year!"). And my average weight loss for really 1 full day and 2 semi-days of CAD is 1 1/2 lbs. I'm happy and look forward to lots more lbs coming off. Especially since I'm back in the gym starting tomorrow morning!
