that is fine, blackjack, except you have to throw some protein in there. add a grilled chicken breast, or a burger, or meatballs, some steak, etc to that dinner and ur golden!
so your RM dinner will look like this: salad, and then 1/3 of those lc veggies, 1/3 spaghetti, 1/3 chicken or beef or fish.

Sorry for not replying Kokle I kinda checked out for a while. Yes we are practically neighbors I work with quite a few Elginites. The CALP approach has been nice but I have only lost a couple of pounds - I suspect I'm eating way too much for evening portions but that has been under control for the last week and I'm working out again. I will be reading these boards on a regular basis now - its great motivation.![]()
