| I know there aren't very many of us in this (CAD/CALP) forum, so I thought that maybe to keep things going and keep up with each other we could have a Weekly Check-In. The Vets Forum has a daily topic, and the 100 Forum has a weekly weigh-in... I thought maybe we could have a weekly one ... just to check in, report progress/problems, etc.What do you all think? If we do this, what day would work best to start... Monday- the start of the new week? ...or Friday? Let me know what you think. Thanks! Debby 206.5/159/140?130? | Count me in Debby. I usually use Monday as my benchmark day, but I could do Friady too. It's been awfully slow lately, up one week, than back down the next. | Laly, Monday sounds like a good day to start the topic to me... after the weekend, you know. Of course, we can always post to it anytime during the week. I just thought that might help get a little more going on in here... and help me by having some accountability, too. So, have you noticed any patterns with what you are eating and/or how much water you're drinking? Do you exercise? Just wondering. Hang in there! See you Monday (if not sooner). | Karen, I'm glad you're up for it! BTW, I sent you a PT. Cathy, I haven't seen you around... are you new here? Welcome! Glad to see more people posting in this forum. This really is a great site. Looks like you are close to goal. Do you mind if I ask a few questions? How long have you been doing CAD? Have you noticed that your loss is slowing down as you get closer to goal?
