| I'm trying my best not to give up. I feel so much better on this woe, even if the weight is S-L-O-W to come off. I just have to keep reminding myself of that. I walked for 30 minutes on Sunday, and am aiming for at least 3 more times this week. The DD had a band concert last night, so I didn't make it then, but will try tonight. Maybe I can even convince her to go with me. I hope everyone had an excellent week last week. We (at least I) need the encouragement of success, even if it's not my own.

| Hi Laly. I'll add my misery to yours.....TOM was in the house last week, my eating was a bit off track, I know I didn't balance a few of my RM's last week. Needless to say, my weight is up as well and now that TOM is gone I thought it would drop down a couple pounds, but NO. I had an awful weekend, sick husband and kids so I didn't eat like I should. In fact, I didn't feel like eating at all. But I did manage dinners both Saturday & Sunday. Yesterday, I was home with 2 sick kids so I didn't eat like I should have. It's awful being home. I envy anyone who is at home all day and has to stick to any WOE, it's got to be rough. Anyway....Hope you have a better week, back on track. I'm certainly trying Karen |

Still trying to figure out what's going to work best for me as far as frequency of visiting/posting to this site and frequency of updating my weight tracking spreadsheet. I need to stay focused, but also need to make this a way of life. Also, last week I got off track with my exercising because I had to teach a class which means working different and longer hours. Oh, well. Now I'm just trying to find the motivation to get back on track with eating and exercise. Eating might be the easier of the two. Like you, Laly, I know that I feel better when I'm eating on plan. I'm sure that off plan eating has contributed to my feeling so tired and worn out this week... so, why do I do it? (sigh) Anyway... here's my numbers As of Sunday, March 28th - down 2.0 on actual, down 0.6 on avg. As of Monday, March 29th - up 1.0 on actual, down 0.4 on avg. As of this morning - down 0.5 on actual, up 1.5 on avg. (since Monday the 29th) As you can see... I need to kick my butt in gear! Hope you all had a better week than me. Debby 206.5/156.5/140?130?
