| I'm glad to be back. I just re-started my Neanderthin eating and I feel incredibly strong, although I haven't excercised in weeks (finances forced me to quit the gym) Do you also feel as if your muscles and bones are building up? Do you feel more alert? Do you feel your bones creak less and your joins clack less? Do you have better balance too? That's how I've been feeling and it's only been about a week since I re-started. My diet consists of mostly natural meats, maybe too much fruit, and (when I can't resist) an occasional Atkins bar. I cheated last night with real junk food--cheap wafer cookies--and regreted it right away....had to down all this water and even eat a can of tuna to undo that awful oversugared feeling. So, are you feeling like this?

| Yes, definitely. I feel fabuous when I'm eating mostly meat and vegetables with some nuts and berries. I just did my lunch in two parts - meat earlier before going to the store, and just now a huge salad and some strawberries and peaches with coconut kefir. I feel really good. I like your specific ways of describing the feeling. All I can come up with is just "good, really good." LOL thanks for putting the feeling into words! It's so great to have you back in the cave. We've become a throng!Alice |

| Write Girl: Welcome back to the best way of eating and "your body will let you know if you slip up" eating plan. I have experienced what you have stated, more strength, less muscle and joint pain and lots of energy. Exercise was difficult for me initially because of my asthma and arthritis. NeanderThin does not require exercise initially and that's what's great about it. You body begins the healing process without excerise, which can then be incorporated whenever you are ready. Glad you're back. |

| Hi There, Welcome back to the fold.......you and me have both strayed, but we come back like faithful puppies, LOL I too feel great when I follow the plan properly......unfortunately my bones don't improve, they are gone too far, but all in all I feel fine and I have lost 8 pounds and 8 inches in a month, so I am hopefully doing everything right at the moment. I eat fruit, mostly apples and oranges, loads of nuts, veggies, salad and a little lean meat and a small amount of cheese......but it is working for me Again, welcome back, I look forward to chatting with you more later......we are really growing again now, we just need Dryad back now too. Bye for now, love Louloo. x
