| I am reading it and think I could follow the eating plan very easily. I really like it; it's reduced carb, but compared to the other low carb diets out there, not very low carb. I think it might work for me, and I wouldn't feel deprived. It's also a great book on the health benefits of eating low carb. |

| I read the book a few years back, and do recall thinking "Yeah, I could do this" but (and i'd really have to refresh my memory) i recall thinking that I would just eliminate the foods I felt were too high in carbs for my liking but i did enjoy the good read. |

| I read the book so much easier, am also ordering a new book by Dr. Rob Thompson I believe thats his name. I e-mailed him about his thoughts on Life Without Bread by Wolfgag Lutz he said that is the way to go and his book would explain why. cec Last edited by cec; 06-02-2005 at 08:06 PM.
