I've been having trouble trying not to eat soy, soy and soy all the time. And on top of it, most baked things seem to have soy flour. But I found an online store, www.mainecottagefoods.com , that has excellent cupcakes made from ground almonds and with no soy! The chocolate they use is really really tasty. I got the cupcake size this time but next time I am going for the nibbles. I just like to have a little bit of sweet at the end of the day, and a nibble will probably be just right. Don't let the size of the cupcakes fool you. They are really very filling. |

| WOW! Those look good!!! Thank goodness I am a cheapskate and will resort to making my own instead or I would be addicted in a minute I'm sure! I did actually tweak a recipe lately and I made my own strawberry muffins. (no soy flour) They were pretty darn good actually but seeing those chocolate ones..... |
