| Good morning! I hope your summer is going well. I have some things I have been trying to work through. It helps that I don't have cereal, bread, and other "forbidden" foods in the house. If I did, I would eat them. I wouldn't say I am balancing my foods all that well, but each day is a new one for change. I want food particularly in the evening. I even started drinking coffee again (de-caf) to try to give my stomach a sweet taste and a fuller feeling without eating worse things. Have a great week!

| Hey y'all, No change to report this week. I spent 3 or 4 days of eating only carbs, mostly toast and noodle soups, since that's all I could deal with after the chemo. Then the queasiness stopped and my appetite returned and I started feeling the effects of the carbs. I was able to switch back to CALP and the hunger pangs and cravings have stopped. My next chemo isn't until the end of next week, so I should be okay for awhile. Hope everyone else is doing okay.

| Laly, I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. Keeping you in my prayers. Glad to hear you were able to get right back on program as soon as you were feeling better. Also glad that you were able to maintain. Take care of yourself. Debby |

| Okay, I have to brag a little. This morning I pulled out an outfit that hasn't fit for at least 2 years. I tried it on a few months ago and it was still too small. Well, it fits great and I'm wearing it right now. I am so pleased! :jump: Deb, thanks so much for your support and prayers. They mean a lot.

| Laly, that is awesome! :great: I'm sure you feel great. And... you are entitled to brag. Also, thanks for your note in my journal... it lifted my spirits. Thanks for your caring and support. It's nice to know others are here for me... I just hope that I'm helpful to others as well.
